- Total assessment of rooftop or split system
- Replace air filters
- Thoroughly clean coils with compressed air or dry chemical solution if embedded debris requires a deep cleaning
- Calibrate thermostats and check associated zoning
- Lubricate all motors, blowers and pillow blocks
- Clean main blower wheels
- Clean combustion chamber and heat exchanger (heating only)
- Check condensate drain and associated pan, clean if necessary
- Check for gas leaks and the overall safety of gas piping
